Since it is prime garage sale season where I live and I am a recent firstime home owner and new parent, I'm wondering what type of things this community has found or looks for at thrift stores or garage sales. Specifically what are the items you "Use for Life"I'm a pretty damn frugal person and a quick study, but I realize there is a whole world parenthood/ homeownership I may be ignorant about.
So what are your best "use it for life" items you found while being second hand frugal? What should I keep an eye out for?

- Chisels
- Le Cruset Pot
- Cast Iron Cookware
