I recently started meal prepping for the week and this past Sunday I made chicken and potatoes with veggies to last me the whole week. Well, today me and my roommate were leaving the gym and the smell of a teriyaki steak house hit our noses and we were craving HARD for some Hibachi...

However, I realized the satisfaction from food is only temporary and I would be better off eating my pre cooked meals.
