Is it possible to exist on $6,000/year plus a small boost from food stamps?
I am currently unemployed. I attended University and have 4 classes left to get an Engineering Degree, but my shit hit the fan. I can barely enter a public space without freaking out. I’ve applied for jobs and received calls but can’t even function properly enough to to call them back, or answer the first time. I do not hear voices but I do experience hallucinations and debilitating delusions.
My family pays for my phone, internet, and electricity. I’m going to have them cancel my phone this weekend and work toward some sort of self-sufficiency which I believe could possibly help my mind become stronger.
So what does everyone here think. Living off ~$6,000/year possible until I work to regain my bearings?
