Hi, I have a 100lbs (45kg) punching bag I would like to hang in my garage from the ceiling joist. The garage has a span of 6 meters and has 2x4 joists running the span. I’m wondering how I can strengthen the joists so not only being able to hold the weight but to also reduce movement when the bag is being used.Any help and ideas would be great. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2NyRPbk
