I am a US citizen who is looking to invest "directly in my own name" with the English company Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) but it cannot be "through nominee companies, ISAs, or as ADRs."
I do own one share of IHG through JP Morgan. If anyone has any advice about how to do this, I would be very grateful.
