I have some extra cash that I want to grow. What investment opportunities do you recommend?
Currently, I already have a ROTH IRA account. I'm planning to have my Emergency Savings account in the form of a ladder of CDs.
Do you recommend I open an Individual account and invest in stocks? Would real estate be better: flipping homes or renting homes? Or, are there better investing opportunities that I should look into?
