27 year old guy here:
So back in December I packed up all of my belongings in my 2012 Ford Focus and moved to a new city across the country. Within a month I landed my dream job and everything was going great. Fast forward to February when I totaled my car. I called my insurance company and was told that I didn’t have full coverage even though I I was certain that’s what I was paying for, eventually I was proven that I was mistaken and now I’m out of a car and I’m stuck paying the $11,000 loan. I can’t seem to save up for even a beater car to get me from work to home because of other bills and rent etc. I‘ve been getting rides to work from a coworker but they are moving farther away and will no longer be able to take me. I don’t even no where to begin on resolving this issue. I’m so worried that I will have to quit my dream job and move back home. Any tips are appreciated, thanks Reddit!
