I am pretty new to investing: I started investing in etf's a few months ago. There is a hairdressersaloon in my area which works incredibly well. It has tons of customers every day. The owner told me she'd like to open a third saloon in our town. I'd like to invest in her (third) saloon, but have no clue on how thay should work.
Should I do it like on the stockmarket, where I somehow give money which corresponds to x% of ownership and later sell my shares back to her? Should I rather give her 10k euro and ask her to pay me 500 euro every month? I don't even know what to google for, because I have no clue on how those things usually work. Could somebody share their insights, advice and experience on the matter?
