My husband died very unexpectedly last year. He was the main breadwinner and took care of 85% of the bills. I have had a tough time adjusting. I have debt. I think too much to recover from. I have been contemplating bankruptcy but not sure if it’s the right choice.

Current debts Cc1 $1244 Cc2 $832 Cc3 $2166 Cc4 $2950 Cc5$ 288 Cc6 $ 1747 @13.95% All the other cc are over 20% interest

Personal Loan $5092 @ 16.99% $190 Secured loan $6983 @ 2.53% $167 Auto loan $9843 @ 12.98% $342 car current value is $4500

Rent is $950 Heat/electric avg $125 combined Internet $ 110 need high speed( work from home occasionally)

Daycare varies June/July/August $195 per week Other wise $60 per week Car insurance is $200 per month (accidents on file) Car gas is about $100 per month Food is around $300

I have $3000 in a savings account that I keep for emergency’s. After taxes I take home $1700 biweekly.
