I'm not in the US/not a citizen, so most of this Vanguard stuff doesn't apply to me.
Country I'm in has no taxes, best bank return rate I've found is 3.33% annually, with a 1.5 year commitment and it's distributed biannually.
Is this good or should I look for something else?
