I’m having trouble with the bottom seal on my garage doors sticking to the concrete. I believe it’s sticking because of the sealant on the concrete. How can I prevent this? I wiped some canola oil on it and that didn’t help. I have some PB Blasted Garage Door Lube but I’m worried it’ll break down the seal or the sealant.
