Has anyone changed to a flip phone to save themselves money? Would you recommend it, or is it just not feasible in today’s world?
I’m paying about 225 for my cellphone bill per month, and have been for about 3 years (that’s almost $11,000 in that time.) Lately I have been feeling like this is an area where I can definitely cut costs. I think the whole idea of spending $1,000 on a phone every 1-2 years is just ridiculous and the cost of having unlimited data is just as insane.
Also, I realize how much time I waste on a phone. It was better when I was younger and just had a flip phone to easily allow others to get a hold of me rather than being constantly plugged in 24/7. If I need to use the Internet ever I can use my laptop at home.
What do you guys think?
