Hi folks - To be completely honest, I have been a real jerk to my wife since we got in our home. I've been wracked with worry that we'd ruined our shot at financial independence and me lamenting over the mortgage on the home has, at times, really had an ill effect on my wife (and me).
We have a large mortgage.
Should we downsize?
Throw every extra dollar at the mortgage? (I worry about sequence of return risk but at the same time worry the equity market is not going to return much over the next ten years.)
Keep on our current path?
Would love input.
