I'm a newly freelance filmmaker in the Southeast US in need of shoes I can run around in (literally) 15 hrs/day, including frequent crouching/kneeling and weather. My poor tennis shoes are getting beat up and their support isn't up to the job. I'm also often outside all day in 90+ degree heat, so breathability is a must.
Does anyone have any recommendations for hiking boots up to the task? Knock-offs/cheap brands would be awesome, but I know I might be asking too much for that. Any quality brands that have sales?
I'm completely new to shopping for outdoors gear, so any help much appreciated. Thanks y'all!
