Trying to help my wife purchase the highest quality and best hair shears for $1000 or less. She would like a 5.5 inch blade. We have looked at mizutani, and yasaka brands but there are just so many brands and choices we just don't know what brand to look at as the best of the best.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
