I realize questions about earbuds come up here (probably to an almost annoying point), but ive searched the sub and cant find a post with answers really addressing my needs.
Im a car hauler (semi truck), which means having a wired headset is inconvenient - constantly snagging the cable on different pieces of my trailer or vehicles, or getting in and out of my cab, snagging it on the seat/stearingwheel/knobs/handles/etc. Im also working typically 10+ hours a day, getting in and out of my cab 20+ times during a shift (cable management is a PITA) but I know asking for 15+hr battery life is a pipe dream along with all my other requests, so 10+ hrs will work for me, and if it has a cable to charge while listening (instead of Dock ONLY charging), all the better.

Sub $300 preferably, but im not opposed to a more expensive pair (sub $500) if it meets all my requirements and has a high review rating. Keep in mind im no audiophile, and 90% of my listening is to audiobooks or podcasts.

Must be in-ear, though a piece that goes around the ear for stability is OK

MUST have long battery life (10+ hours). however if it has the capability of charging while listening via a cable of somekind, that would work too.
sidenote - I dont get how companies can advertise "12 hours UNINTERRUPTED PLAY TIME (5hr + 7hr charge box). By definition, having to charge them by taking them off and putting them in a box would cause an interruption. WTF?

Durability is not a bad thing
-
Noise cancelling would be nice, but not required
-
Comfort
Thanks in advance everyone!
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I had a pair of Sony WI-C400s and they worked fine for about 5 months, then I started having intermittent issues with turning them on (battery was fully charged), and after another month they stopped turning on altogether. I was happy with them when they worked flawlessly, the battery life was awesome, but i really want something that will last me years instead of months. I know BIFL when it comes to technology is kinda a fluid idea since tech is constantly evolving and not really meant to last 20+ years in most cases.
