I have a front porch that a previous owner connected to the rest of the house as an interior room. It gets quite cold in the winter; there are many windows and the walls are brick. The exterior of my house is also brick. I believe there is a cavity between the interior and exterior brick walls, and a friend suggested I might spray insulation into the cavity. I would really like to get this room better insulated. I was just reading that there might be moisture issues if I fill the cavity up. Has anyone else attempted something like this? I live in central PA, where we get cold and wet winters. The roof overhangs the exterior a bit, so it doesn't get too soaked when it rains, and the house is almost 100 years old. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2uxuGPk
