I personally have long been in the not wanting kids camp. When I have friends who tell me having two kids in daycare costs them more than their mortgage I immediately get anxiety at the thought.
For those of you that do have kids, aside from just making more money, how did you handle what feels like an expense that would leave most with no disposable income at all? Lower retirement allocations?
