I remember when initially researching funds and the expenses one of the exceptions to the rule of index in low cost funds was for bonds. I know that I should have at least a marginal amount of my portfolio in bonds so I went through the Schwab screen to try and identify some options and came across the fund PHYZX which seems to have a great yield and a high but not insane expense ratio.
Are there any funds out there which are not low expense ratio but actually worth the cost?
