Trying to fix up my parents' house and I've hit a bit of a snag. When my brother was a teenager he decided to "tag" the wall in his bedroom using deodorant so that the word "chaos" is clearly visible in foot-tall letters. I painted over it twice but it somehow just keeps bleeding through.
