This is a home buying calculator that I thought people here might find useful. I like it because not only does it include extra features like property taxes, HOA fees and rental income, but shows how those costs and credits interact across the entire amortization schedule. It also takes a stepped approach so it doesn't seem like as much of a chore to enter in all of your information.
