Hi all. I'm 34 and have a good job with very good benefits, and retirement contributions. I've been also investing on my own personal brokerage account with Schwab for the last few years. I started with investing $500-600/month but for the last few months I have increased that to $1000/month. Here is my breakdown.
- $650 - SCHB (Schwab Broad Market ETF) (65%)
- $200 - SCHF (Schwab Foreign ETF) (20%)
- $150 - SCHE (Schwab Emerging Markets ETF) (15%)
What does everyone think about this allocation? I was thinking of putting more on SCHE, but with the trade wars happening, and China slowing down, felt like 15% was enough.
