If you download the mcdonalds app they have a promotion going on right now where you can get any sandwich for $1 if you order through the app and pickup at the store. I personally go with the quarter pounder deluxe, which has the fresh beef, tastes great, and fills me up for only $1. They also have grilled chicken sandwiches that are fairly healthy.
Lunch for $1/day is pretty frugal in my opinion, especially when you consider that you don’t have to spend any time prepping or shopping for ingredients. You can also order breakfast sandwiches for $1 with the app. Looks like the promo is good until 9/30. Enjoy!
