If you go to their homepage their site is down besides a message saying that as on June 25th they are suspending operations. If you have a pending order, I would first try to reach out to them. Their phone is no longer working but their homepage says to email them.
I tried to do a dispute with my Credit Card company and they have requested that I wait till my delivery date of July 14th before continuing with my dispute.
However, if you have an order for the fall I would be trying to get your money back. They have a lawsuit against them from their former CEO. They own the man 6.5 mil and their insurance co refused to cover any of that suit.
They owe a bunch of bloggers a ton of money for posts and of course if you had any referral credit forget getting to use that.
I couldn't find a recent post mentioning this and figured r/frugal was the best place to post about this.
