Hi,My wife and I live in Louisville, KY so it's quite humid this time of year. That being said, we have had some water pooling in this area since it has been warmer outside. I've had the plumber out and he said he didn't detect any sort of leak and it isn't pooling anywhere near any pipes. It also consistently happens, regardless of if we have flushed the toilet, showered etc...Next the HVAC guy came out and said again, their isn't a leak or anything, and said if there was condensation occurring or something from the HVAC it would show up somewhere else. That bring us to the general contractor, he popped off a bunch of the siding and looked back there. He said there wasn't the correct insulation and some sort of drainage piece that will send any moisture off to the side of the house and not allow it to pool there. Anyway he added it and literally the next day there is a bunch of water there (first picture). So I am running out of ideas here, and I would like to avoid paying people again and again to not fix the problem. Any ideas reddit? Thanks. The firs picture is of the water after the contractor came, the two pictures after that are from when he had the siding off the house, before he did anything to it.https://ift.tt/2t3IHnb via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2LXllGB
