I realize this isn't a search for "fashion" per say, but I am interested in hearing what face creams, eye creams, etc. that you all have encountered at stores like TJMaxx and Marshalls that are worth checking out!
I've tried a few eye creams that end up being watered down and just moisturizer in the end. What price point and brand do you guys search for when purchasing a real-deal face and/or eye cream from these types of stores?
