Hi r/DIY! I'm planning a 3rd floor window and mini split installation later this month. I plan to rent a suitable ladder, but no one seems to rent harnesses and rope, so I will need to buy my own equipment. I do indoor rock climbing recreationally, so I know to use a dynamic rope and am comfortable rappelling.I can anchor the rope to my (cast iron) stairwell banister about 15' from the window I'd be working near.Any tips?
