I want to invest in a proper chair, because I realized that I value my back and ass quite a bit and because I want a chair that will last me 10+ years.
After some research, I've narrowed it down to Herman Miller Aeron and Embody. I know that some people are gonna recommend the Steelcase Leap (or Gesture), but that's not available in Europe for a price I'm willing to pay.
I'm leaning towards the Aeron because most of its parts are easily replaceable and easily available, and I've heard that the Embody is quite noisy/creaky at times (and also more expensive).
Whatever I'm buying, I'll probably buy it refurbished on eBay.
So should I just go with the Aeron or is the Embody enough of a step up to sacrifice the repairability?
