Bought as a gift a handmade stained glass piece, intended to be hung in a window. Weighs probably 10 lbs. However upon delivery we found out that nothing was provided to actually hang it on the winDow: only a screw-in hook to hang it from a wall.Honestly, I’m a little perplexed; I assumed it was obvious that we would be wanting to hang this in a winDow; isn’t that the main reason people have stained glass??But it’s heavy enough that I am doubtful whether a suction cup would be able to hold it.And the recipient loves the item, and returning it would cost me a lot , so I was hoping someone would have a bright idea. via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2KuXh0S
