Girlfriend and I are leaving for vacation soon and will be gone for 1.5 weeks. Have had bad experiences in past with leaving garden and asking a friend to water (friends are great and we love them, they just don’t love our garden like we do). We have purchased some soaker hoses and a timer, but are worried about just leaving our outdoor hose faucet on for that long. Others have told us that the pressure could break the valve, causing a leak, which could do all kinds of crazy damage over a week and a half.However, others have told me they do this all the time and have never had a problem.Anyone with any experience willing to lend some knowledge on this issue? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2LAhcbo
