My former employer was very late in getting me my 1099 for 2016. I had it in my car, my car was totaled in the middle of nowhere. I requested another one twice (in person and in email) and I've yet to receive it.

I'm more than happy to pay the penalty for whatever I owe or am owed, but I really, really want this done. This has been so frustrating. I've sent a professional email to corporate and even appeared in person, gave them my address to send it to me. They've done nothing and I'm getting pissed.
