Me, my girlfriend and my step-kid are moving to our first apartment. How can we maximize our savings? Our shopping centers for groceries in our part includes Aldis, Walmart, dollar general and dollar tree. I work at Walmart so I do get a discount, we also get food stamps. How can we save on electric (home is all electric) does a microwave use more electric bill han a stove? I just wanna know how we can make it on such a tight budget.
