first poster lmk if you need any more info! so i filed a police report, froze my credit on all the credit bureaus, terminated all the cards, gonna go to ss office tomorrow to apply for a new card and once i get it i’m gonna go to the dmv for a new license. i also plan on checking creditsesame everyday for any unauthorized accounts/loans. i did this all within hours of losing my wallet. am i missing an important step here pls let me know and also generally speaking, how many months of inactivity in my credit should mean a clear okay that something bad will probably never happen? just really nervous and any help would be much appreciated! thanks in advanced
