I'm 25 years old, single. I'm finishing college a bit late, but I am approaching my final year. I've used student loans to pay for the majority of my schooling. I've never worked more than part-time, except for getting some freelance work in while also holding a part-time job. Either way, my income has floated in the range of $10-15k a year for the past few years. Which has been fine considering the fact that I've been going to school and living in cheap student housing. My parents have been paying for my car but otherwise I pay for everything else in my life.

Everything changes once I graduate, and I have no clue what's going to happen. I work as a videographer/editor for a local broadcast network. I make decent pay for part-time, but it wouldn't be great for full-time work, if they even offered it to me. Even working the same job elsewhere, it's not a high paying career. 6 months from graduation, I'll need to start paying student loans. Immediately after graduation, I'll have to take over my car payments. No more living in that cheap student housing, either. On top of all that, historically, I haven't been the wisest with my money because up to this point in my life, I haven't been completely on my own despite being more or less financially independent.

So what's next? I'm sure this is a very common fear, not exclusive to me at all. How do I take this year and prepare to actually support myself in the real world, working full-time in a potentially not great-paying job and having the burden of student loans to start paying back on top of me?
