I’ve never used Amazon for buying household essentials like toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. I checked it out this morning to see the price comparison - and are they fucking serious with this “Prime Pantry” shit? A separate fee to buy non-perishable items? I understand charging an extra fee for the grocery delivery - especially during summer months. It makes no sense to me that I have to pay another service charge on top of the Prime fee to buy a bottle of shampoo. Ridiculous.
I’ve thought about canceling Prime because even if you don’t have it, you can still get free shipping if you buy $50 worth of Prime eligible items. I can live without the BUY IT NOW button. Thanks, Bezos.
