So, there's been at least one post about Steven Alan Optical's ongoing clearance sale (in the context of the whole brand experiencing some issues.) I love my current pair of Steven Alan Optical glasses, so thought what the hell, might as well pick up a backup pair. Order went through as usual about a month and a half ago and then.....nothing. Emailed them a few times, no response. Emailed the main Steven Alan email...and they told me to email the same Steven Alan Optical address that I'd been trying to contact. Another dead end. Pretty clear that they have no intention of fulfilling the order, which is definitely shady.
I finally gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card, but I'm still bummed about it.
YMMV, but heads up that you might not get what you pay for.
