I know this sounds like a small, ridiculous step, but as someone who grew up addicted to tv, having a tv in our room has always been a comfort to me. I haven’t actually watched it in the better part of a year, but I couldn’t bring myself to take it out. I was running out of room for my son’s cloth diaper supplies, and the dresser was a great place, so I took out the tv on a whim! Feels great!
