Hopefully this is the right sub for this question.
I've been looking for jobs while employed, so I am lucky to be a bit "picky". I've been in contact with one place that seemed pretty good, no alarm bells.
However, a recent Glassdoor review says that the bosses might seem friendly, but they experienced problems with the contract not being upheld by their end, promises of raises etc. not being met, etc.
The review is so recent that it might be the person I interviewed to replace. It is the only review about this company though.
I'm feeling conflicted, but as I'd have to relocate for the job, my gut says I shouldn't take the chance.
How do I decline/what do I tell them? Or, am I putting too much weight in this negative review?
