Mostly real estate (but not exclusively), read a couple articles on how Gen Y (millennial) is approaching their peak real estate buying years (~age 30 for those born in 1990), really fueling home prices at least in the US My original source had 2020 as being the peak though other sources say a few years after. There already some indication that some millennials leaving some cities for the burbs reduced rent slightly:

The other side of this is the decline in birth rates in the last 10 years, really plunging lately (made the news lately, incl.CNBC), while US (and global) teen accidental death rates rise.
