Hi guys, over the last few pay days the company I work for has gotten our pays wrong. From overpayments to underpayments from to much tax deduction to not deducting any taxes at all. As you can imagine this is slowly turning into a shit storm and gives me anxiety whenever a pay day comes around. We have had to pay money back, got money taken out of accounts etc. I’m wondering how often a company is allowed to get their employees pays screwed up like this? One of my co workers got overpaid by £1500 while another got paid 18k ... it’s just a mess.
