Currently I make $35,000 a year gross income. She makes $63,000 a year. We live in Tennessee. I have one child with her and currently I pay $690.00 a month. I have two other children with a separate woman one lives with my mother and the other lives with me full time. The child support was based on a contract job I held for 7 months making $21.00 and hour. That was 6 years ago and since then the job I have now making $16.90 an hour is the closest I have got to that. After child support and taxes are taken out I bring home roughly $700.00 every two weeks. When I was living by myself before my daughter was born I was living paycheck to paycheck unable to save anything . Now that I have another child I am getting deeper and deeper in debt and I can't contiue to live like this. I tried to contest this extreme child support 2 years ago but I could not afford an attorney. So being the big fucking moron I am I decided I could do it without one. My ex wife of course had one of the best attorneys money could buy. Needless to say I was brutally murdered on the stand by the lawyer and in the end she had me convinced they were going to rise my child support. So I am desperate. I do not have any money to retain any kind of lawyer and I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated.
TL:DR I pay $690 a month for one child while only bringing home $1400.00 a month another child lives with me and I cannot afford a lawyer and I need advice.
