I am 24 years old and I found a really cheap property out where my boyfriend lives I have no intention of living there but its its ridiculously cheap and it has a house on it that I figure I can fix up and rent out if the foundation is good and main supports are not shot. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on whether I should look father into possibly buying this place and fixing it or if I should just let it go.
