How do you think about the tradeoff between a guaranteed return of paying off debt (mortgage, credit card, school) versus cash option value and investing in liquid assets like the market?
I would think:

loans at 2-3% are a no-brainer to keep at minimum payments

Above 10% definitely pay down as quickly as possible

But what about around between 3-10%?
