So one example I can think of at the moment is Costco, but most 500 companies seem to always at least mention "shareholders" in either their corporate slogan or webpage. I suppose I could seek them out myself, but it quickly becomes labor intensive to keep up with them, in the instance that they have a change in leadership philosophy or internal policy.

I don't particularly care much about the environmental or religious angle that many SRI funds seem to, but it is important that these companies don't work their employees to the bone for minimum wage.
