First time poster, but I wanted to say thank you for the advice and information regarding the AE Sale. I was able to pick up my first pair of AE's, and I ended up going with the Hopkinson in Walnut and used my AMEX with the AE credit. I went into the store on Saturday to purchase them, and they had to order my size. Originally I thought the credit would take a few months to show up on my AMEX, but I looked today and it has already been applied.
Really can't beat that deal.
