Had severe adobmimal pain and called 911 out of nessecity, after a ultra sound doctor tells me I have gallstones, few weeks later I get a bill for 3.6k that I have no means of paying as I am unemployed as I lack a high school diploma, I am on my fathers insurance currently, live in CA bay area.
I am going to try to negotiate the bill Monday morning if possible, was also curious if I don't pay the bill what are my chances of getting sued by the collection agency. Any advice is welcome.
