I already own a window air conditioner but my building charges $300 a year if you want to use it for the electricity. I was thinking of just buying a dehumidifier because otherwise our electricity is free and I like my apartment warmer than others anyway. Will a dehumidifier make enough of a difference do you think? I live in Chicago, a pretty humid place . Thanks.
