I recently started working at a grocery store in a really rich area and noticed something very common among those who shop here.
They are extremely reliant on coupons and deals that would hardly make a difference to them. These people pay with black cards which is odd because the yearly fee would cost more than the groceries.
What is the psychology behind this? Why waste time to bring coupons and save a few dollars when you could easily afford it full price?
