Hello, do somebody know how to rent a car when I am month and half to my 25 without surcharge? I tried AAA partners, which should work but Hertz support dont know it and they dont want to help me or show me proof its not possible,
My options are 1. Call local Hertz or Avis and try to deal directly with them. 2. book With Avis visa and use app for not dealing with anyone in person (anyone has experience with this?)
Or something I havent try, its pretty frustrating so easy to waive it for americans and impossible or super hard to waive it for internationals.
