Here are some images to explain.New electrics in the house. Yay. Chases to fill in. Boo. But this one wall has been built with a skim of what looks like sand/cement. (FFS, why?) So when I patch the chases with finishing plaster they will be smooth and the rest of the wall will have a texture. I don't want to skim the entire wall, but is there any option?
